Completing the registration information is required, and your space on the cruise will be "held" upon receipt of the registration. All registrations will be processed in the order which they are received.

THE TRAVEL GROUP

The Japan tour group is limited to the maximum of 16 women + the Tour Director. The minimum group size is 11 women + the Tour Director. In addition to the Tour Director, the tour guests will be assisted by the Silversea staff (almost 1 :1 ratio of staff to cruise passengers) and local guides.

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT AND ROOMMATES

To avoid paying the single supplement, we offer guaranteed roommate matching, and we will try to match you with a roommate of similar age. Otherwise, there are some single suites available on this tour, but since the price is one and a half of that of a shared space, we expect that most of our travelers will be matched with a roommate. 

 

Please note that this form is for registration only, and is NOT the final booking process.  Once your registration is received you will be contacted by Cruise Planners - LaBelle Travel within 24 hours to complete the booking process. You will need to provide your credit card information at that time for processing of your deposit.

Final bookings will be made AFTER you have been contacted by Cruise Planners.  The amount listed for the cabin categories is the per person fare based on shared occupancy. Single supplement pricing is (150%) and is available if requested during the registration process. Once all of the necessary information has been acquired, Cruise Planners will then book your suite with the cruise line directly.

minute changes of price or itinerary by the cruise line, or any errors or
omissions displayed on this or any page.

Deposits are based on 15% of total cruise fare per person, dependent on cabin category and occupancy (double or single).

Cancellation fees:

Door-to-Door All-Inclusive Fares penalty schedule:

• From the date of deposit to 151 days prior to the initial sailing date: USD 250 / CAD 300 per person; this admin fee this admin fee will be automatically converted to a future cruise credit (FCC) and sent to you within 15 days from the cancellation date - please see detailed FCC terms below in the dedicated paragraph;

• 150 – 121 days prior to the initial sailing date: 15% of the total cruise fare per person;

• 120 – 91 days prior to the initial sailing date: 25% of the total cruise fare per person;

• 90 – 61 days prior to the initial sailing date: 50% of the total cruise fare per person;

• 60 – 31 days prior to the initial sailing date: 75% of the total cruise fare per person;

• 30 – 0 days prior to the initial sailing date or nonappearance at the time of sailing: 100% of the total cruise fare per person.
